If you are a Nominator, you should-

  nominate a teacher or a group of teachers in your personal capacity;
  seek the prior consent of the Nominee(s) for the nomination;
  identify at least two and up to three persons as Seconders to support the nomination in their personal capacity;
  consult Seconders and other persons who are familiar with the Nominee(s) (e.g. students) in preparing the nomination;
  read the Nomination Guidelines carefully and follow the Guidelines;and 
  complete Section II of the Nomination Form. Illustrate with evidence the elements of Nominee(s)' teaching practices which you consider exemplary and effective, and distill elements that would kindle reflection, in not more than eight pages. If you nominate a group of teachers for the award, you should also explain the contribution of each group member, the interactions among group members, and how the dynamics and efforts of the group have contributed to the desired outcome.
