Advise on the nomination procedures and associated requirements for the Chief Executive's Award for Teaching Excellence (CEATE) (2018/2019) which focuses on English Language Education Key Learning Area, General Studies, and Personal, Social and Humanities Education Key Learning Area; |
| (b) |
Advise on the assessment criteria and associated matters of CEATE (2018/2019); |
| (c) |
Advise and oversee the assessment process and to consider the assessment results as presented by the assessment panels; and |
| (d) |
Review the nomination, assessment and adjudication processes of CEATE (2018/2019) following the completion of such processes. |

To conduct initial assessment on the Chief Executive's Award for Teaching Excellence (CEATE) (2018/2019) nominations which fall under the English Language Education Key Learning Area (ELE KLA) and to shortlist potential nominations for detailed assessment; |
| (b) |
To conduct detailed assessment on the short-listed nominations and to recommend a list of awarded nominations for the Award for Teaching Excellence and the Certificate of Merit; |
| (c) |
To examine the "Comprehensive Report on the Assessment of CEATE Nominations (ELE KLA) " to be compiled by the Assessment Officer; and |
| (d) |
To review the effectiveness of the assessment mechanism engaged by the Assessment Panel on ELE KLA and to recommend, where appropriate, possible areas for improvement. |
